A Note From One Parent To Another
My older son was 9 at school sports day. The other kids were already in their groups. He stayed off to the side, watching. He wanted to join in, but he did not know how.
I could not find anything that taught the small thinking steps behind that moment. So I read the research and started building lessons for my own boys first.
Now I am sharing them with other families.

What Parents Say
βI'm a mom of two boys and I've bought several confidence and friendship worksheets to help them make friends. Most are really basic just be yourself type stuff that didn't really help. This lifeschool friendship skills pack is so much better. It got real life stories in the worksheet my boys can relate to and actually shows them what to do in those situations. They enjoy doing the worksheets and I can already see it helping in their social life at school. This is the first one that's felt truly valuable. Highly recommend.β
Natalie W., June 2026 Friendship SkillsβThese life skills worksheets have been such a blessing for my kids. They love learning through the stories and the lessons are quick and they genuinely enjoy doing them. As a parent these are truly helpful for their confidence I highly recommend themβ
Megan L., July 2026 Confidence SkillsβThis is such a thoughtful and well organized workbook. A few stories were a little above my 7 year old reading level, so I read them out loud, but it ended up being a lovely thing we did together. The illustrations are good and the lessons feel practical and the parent guide is really useful as well. Highly recommend it for any family wanting a calm approach to everyday worries.β
